Terms & Conditions

1 Run It Back will pick up any online return package with a weight of less than35 kg (75 lb) and a purchase price of less than $300 (CAD) as evidenced byconsumer’s receipt. Package must not contain any hazardous or illegalmaterials. We currently provide service to houses or residential buildings inthe city of Toronto. Subject to change without notice. We do not acceptpackages for in-store returns at this time.

2 We will drop off any eligible return item with a pre-paid shipping label at the following couriers: FedEx Corporation, United Parcel Service, Inc., Canada Post Corporation, Purolator Inc., DHL Express, Inc., Canpar Express. We do not accept packages for in-store returns at this time.

3 Run It Back will pick-up your eligible online returns from your home once a week from 9am-6pm on weekdays. Your pick-up day is determined by your location and will be provided after sign up.

4 Run It Back will reimburse the value  of what you originally paid for your item as evidenced by a valid receipt (up to $300) in the event your return package is lost after pick up of a return package by Run It Back from your residence and until drop off at the shipping carrier.

5 Run It Back will purchase carbon offsets at the end of each month in the amount equivalent to the total mileage allocated to the pick up and return of packages for each user in that month. The total carbon offsets attributed a user’s returns is provided at the end of the monthly billing cycle. 

6 Run It Back will refund your monthly subscription fee within 3 business days of the end of each monthly billing cycle in which no return packages have been picked up.
